Human Stuff

Oh, I didn't write this stuff yesterday because I was hungry. These posts take a surprisingly long time to write, sometimes over an hour. I've been doing some me stuff too. I made trail mix, for example. I learned some things about that. 1) Crush your banana chips before you put them in the mix. 2) The reason people dont put peanut m&ms into trail mix is because they are huge compared to everything else, it takes the surprise out of it and it forces you to open your mouth wider. 3) Maybe raisins really are the best fruit to put into trail mix. I tried adding this "tropical blend" of fruit, not very much fruit but enough to notice that the more citrusy stuff is kindof jarring. 4) Sunflower seeds are delicious and cheap.

My current project for myself is learning to relax the unnecessary muscles, especially during spooks and bucks and whatnot. Yesterday I worked on relaxing my gluteous maximus muscles while star was doing her stuff. The reason they get tense is that I'm bringing my inner thighs in tighter contact with the saddle/horse. This doesnt necessitate glutes, but I dont have a separate mind-body connection to each of them. Once I get bored of working on relaxing unnecessary muscles, I'm going to work on keeping necessary muscles working even when the horse isn't spooking or anything. So keeping my inner thighs tighter to the saddle regardless of whats going on, for example.

I am very pleased with my new blend of trail mix, (aka all purpose meal replacement) I think I'm going to need to get lots more of it though, because its definitely been replacing meals. I think its slightly less filling than cheese and crackers. Maybe healthier though? I dont know.
